Bremen Classic Motorshow: FCA Heritage will be taking part with a special Fiat 130 Familiare that belonged to Umberto Agnelli

The hand-crafted station wagon owned by Umberto Agnelli, brother of "L'Avvocato" Giovanni, will be on show. Four cars were made at the beginning of the 1970s.

The Bremen Classic Motorshow (February 1-3) is opening the classic car season in Germany again this year. A retrospective focused on estate cars, also known as station wagons, which are becoming increasingly important on the vintage scene, will be hosted during the show with a selection of mass-production cars, prototypes, style studies and one-offs.

FCA Heritage, the department of the Group dedicated to protecting and promoting the history of Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth, will be taking part with the Fiat 130 Familiare that belonged to Umberto Agnelli, brother of "L'Avvocato" Giovanni and former president of Juventus and Fiat. The car designed by the Fiat Style Centre was hand-crafted in 1972 by the specialists of Officine Introzzi, located in Lipomo on Lake Como. It was based on the standard Fiat 130 saloon, which was the Italian brand's top model at the time. The car is powered by a V6 engine, which with a displacement of 3.2 litres delivers 165 HP.

As far as we know, Officine Introzzi made just four models of the Fiat 130 Familiare, all for the Agnelli family. The first one went to Giovanni Agnelli himself, who used the practical and elegant car mainly for his winter holidays in St. Moritz. His 130 Familiare, with metal grey paintwork and wood-effect inserts on the sides, is characterised by the wicker basket on the roof used to carry skis. The other three did not have these characteristic details but sported a two-tone livery instead. One had a metal red roof, one a green roof and the one on show in Bremen, which belongs to the FCA Heritage collection, has an elegant cream-coloured bodywork paired with a bronze-colour roof.
